The D120 magnesium hydroxide for chip packaging developed by Hefei A&H New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly used in various fields such as chips, nuclear power plants, rail transportation, medicine, military industry, and mobile phone glass. Its mid to high end products have been monopolized by developed countries such as the United States and Japan, seriously restricting the development of related industries in China, especially in the field of chip production.
At present, the country is vigorously producing and developing chips, among which the high-end magnesium hydroxide used is affected by the international environment and faces the danger of being cut off from foreign supply. Therefore, there is an urgent need for domestic products to effectively replace foreign products.

Application scope
D120 magnesium hydroxide can improve the toughness, weather resistance, water resistance and other properties of composite materials; Improving the compressive and tensile strength of polymers, reducing polymer decomposition, and significantly improving memory properties; Composite materials exhibit excellent properties such as flame retardancy, oil resistance, stress cracking resistance, high mechanical strength, good heat resistance, moisture resistance, and surface smoothness.
It has been applied in thermoplastic, thermosetting resins and other elastomers such as PE, PVC, PP, EVA, silicone rubber, polyester, polyether, polyurethane, polyamide, polycarbonate, etc.
Add D120 magnesium hydroxide to EVA, and after testing, the performance is as follows:
