D110 flame retardant magnesium hydroxide is an ultrafine magnesium hydroxide produced by A&H Technology through synthetic methods. The product has the characteristics of high purity, high whiteness, small particle size, and excellent flame retardant and smoke suppression functions. It is an excellent choice for manufacturing green halogen-free and environmentally friendly flame retardant materials.
Compared with aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide has the advantages of high heat absorption during decomposition, good thermal stability and low relative hardness. It can be widely used in the field of flame retardancy for engineering plastics, epoxy resins, rubber, wires and cables, and their accessories.
Silane modification can improve the compatibility between inorganic fillers and polymers, significantly enhancing the flame retardancy, tensile strength, water resistance, and low-temperature performance of composite materials.
